Catalogue & Brochure Design – Kore Fitness

Brief

Kushal Rubber Industries is an Indian manufacturer of fitness equipment operating under the Kore Fitness brand. Bumper plates, dumbbells, barbells, rods, and a complete range built for home gyms and serious fitness enthusiasts. The fitness equipment category is growing fast in India. More brands, more products, more noise. Standing out on a dealer floor or in a distributor’s catalogue requires more than just a product list.

The brief was a catalogue and brochure design with print production. No photography; the existing product visuals were used. The challenge was to build a design system that made the range look premium and organised across a wide product line.

Our Approach

We built the design language around the energy of the brand. Black, orange, and grey, high-performance, high-contrast, built for a fitness audience that responds to bold visual communication. The catalogue cover set the tone immediately with a strong athlete visual and the Kore Fitness identity front and centre.

Inside, the product range was structured by category: plates, dumbbells, rods, and barbells, each given its own section. Every spread balanced product visuals with specifications, available sizes, and weight variants. The brochure was designed as a focused brand piece, leading with the strongest products and positioning Kore Fitness as a serious player in the Indian fitness market.

The Result

Kore Fitness had a catalogue and brochure system that matched the ambition of the brand. A growing Indian fitness brand, presented with the precision and energy the category demands.
