Catalogue Design – Anand & Anand

Brief

Anand & Anand is a sports equipment manufacturer operating under the Laser brand. Footballs, volleyballs, cricket balls, tennis balls, and a wide range of products built for players at every level. Sports equipment is a category driven by performance claims. Every brand says the same thing. Quality. Durability. Championship grade.

The collateral was not saying any of it convincingly. A product range this wide needed a catalogue system that could organise it clearly, present it confidently, and give dealers and distributors a buying tool they would actually use. The brief covered everything. In-house product photography, catalogue design, brochure, pricelist, and print production.

Our Approach

We started with product photography. Sports equipment lives or dies on how the product looks in the hand. We shot the full Laser range in-house, with clean backgrounds, consistent lighting, and angles chosen to show construction and finish. Every ball, every product category, is photographed to a single standard across the entire range.

The catalogue was built around product categories. Each sport is given its own section, each product is presented with photography, specifications, and pricing in a layout that a dealer could navigate without assistance. The design language was bold and energetic. Orange and dark tones, high contrast, high energy, matching the brand’s positioning as a serious sports equipment manufacturer.

The Result

Anand & Anand had a complete, professional collateral system for the first time. The in-house photography gave the Laser range a visual consistency across every product and every piece of print. Dealers had a catalogue worth presenting. The brand had a brochure worth sharing.
